Fundraising

Fundraising for students enrolled in a music course at Exeter Junior High or Senior High School is never mandatory. Students and families can choose to participate or not.

While profits from fundraisers are held in student accounts, they remain EMA funds. Students can only use these funds for Music Department sponsored trips, events and EMA merchandise. All funds are rolled over to the next school year and are kept in each student’s account for their entire high school career. Funds not used by graduation can be "gifted" to another student or the EMA.

Have a new idea for raising funds for the EMA? If you do, please submit it to any member of the EMA Board. No matter how big or small, everyone's ideas count!

KAUFFMAN'S SIGN-UP

Another opportunity to help! On Thurs Aug 15 EMA is hosting a Kauffman’s Chicken BBQ fundraiser helps to raise funds to pay for Band Camp. Please consider ordering a few chicken dinners. If you didn't see the flyer/order form that was sent home with your student, you can pick one up at the EMA Meeting this Wed Aug 7 at 7:30pm in the Band Room.

We also need a few parents (or non-band students) to set up, assemble meals, handle the cash box, and clean up afterwards. Like Band Camp, this is a quick and easy event, but a huge help. If you are available, please considering signing up here: Kauffman's SignUp
